Learning how to recognize emotions and problem solve through them is a very important process in a child's growth. This program teaches how to recognize not only their own emotions but also others, and how to work through them.

Learning how to create from the imagination while using different tools in art. This helps the creative ideas flow while also thinking outside the box for creativity.

I also do Yoga and dancing activities to help with movement goals.
